hello, I’m currently working on building my website. The only thing is that de template section keeps loading and doesn’t work. Does someone know what I can do?

–wp-admin URL and credentials
-FTP/cPanel URL and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Also, during the investigation know that we will disable the other non tagDiv plugins.

same issue for me too.
The chrome console indicates :
> error when calling the url : MY_WEBSITE/wp-json/td-cloud-library/td_cloud_proxy?uuid=eb507454-15c7-c059-38a9-29815f4fde03
with this error message : “Failed to contact the templates API server”

FYI : my WP_MEMORY_LIMIT config is set to 512M.

The issue is fixed after deactivate all plugins and re-activate them!
It got resolved for me as well. I didn’t have to de/re-activate plugins though. I think some back-end change got pushed that broke the API and is now either fixed or reverted.
In any case, I can continue to develop. 🙂
