Hello, I would like to ask if there is a possibility to add an ACCEPTANCE with the terms & conditions of my website for new users. e.g. to add another link under the Privacy Policy, or a similar solution.

At the moment Newspaper Theme does not have this options. You can however try some external plugins for this.
