Hey team. I have newpaper already 4-5 month and works perfectly . But i want to change and make some changes is it possible to make some changes in clone site and after i finish my work i upload ? Any way to do this?

Yes, you can create a package and do a localhost install using the Duplicator plugin or a plugin to create a staging website like WP Staging.
