Testimonial title name in a h1 tag? How to fix this?

Hello,

Can I ask why the testimonial title is wrapped in an h1 tag?

This is negatively affecting my page’s SEO efforts.

How can I change the h1 to an h5?

The H from the testimonial element can be edited with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Kuulwm8.png
