Hi there.
Our Official website is http://polygraficka.sk, but i´d like to create NEW DESIGNED WEB (Newspaper) on subdomain (https://web.polygraficka.sk) and then transfer it to the main domain https://polygraficka.sk and remove the old web.
I need to do test it on subdomain, will be there problem with license?
Can i give the license number two times? on the same main domain? or?
I need to have activated Newspaper theme on subdomain now and later on the main domain.

On the same domain /subdomain / staging website you can activate the license again without a problem.
