Text and visual mode unavailable

I want to add script in tags and category manually but since last couple of days text and visual mode option is not available. Is it happening due to theme problem?

Hi,

Please notice that these option for category are ad from a SEO plugin, not from our theme, for example if you have Yoast SEO -> https://i.imgur.com/qUEYHsZ.png without SEO plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/Fe1cGlm.png just make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict.
