text area is not working in post and pages

Hi I recently downloaded the theme. It is excellent.

I have unusual problem, I cannot see text in text area on page editor. I only see the text when it is selected.

The Post admin panel is the same. I cannot even see the Visual Composer. I cannot change the from visual to text.

please help

I have the same problem here : it works in Maxthon browser, but not in chrome

Do you mean that when you switch to Classic mode, you cannot add text there? – http://screencast.com/t/1bHbegjlVbix
When the Backend editor is active you can add blocks using Visual Composer and you can add text using text block – http://screencast.com/t/okb9RUW8VV
Please let me know if you still have issues related to this and also make sure that you empty all caches and purge files if you’re using CDN host then test again, it could be a cache issue.

Hi Alin, the issue has been solved : it was a js loading related not loading in our https admin
