Try clearing your cache, try using different browser.

I cleared my cache but I have the same problem. I can’t edit or add any text because the text box doesn’t work as before mainly because I can’t see the text in the editor box, I can’t see the text options that usually appears on top.
Regarding the browser, I ussually use chrome but I tried with explorer and no changes, I have the same problem

The problem only exists within the visual composer itself. The formatting of the module is non-existent, the text is almost like data text with visible formatting tags but i can only see that if i highlight the text as it’s white on white background and i can’t even edit it anyway. I couldn’t’ edit text and i couldn’t add anything further.
I have connected to the platform using another computer and it works perfectly. I don’t know what is the difference, it could be java problems?

Please make sure you update the Visual Composer plugin to the latest version provided with the theme. What theme version do you use. It should not be any issue if you use the latest version. I’m not sure why you have this issue, only on your computer, please clear cache and also the browser cache. If the issue persist check the error.log file and also you console for errors.
