Hi there,
Wherever I put the text ‘home’ on my site, be it the posts or pages, it links to my homepage, which I can’t even undo in the editor. How can avoid it from happening?

Tested this in my case and looks normal, no change http://screencast.com/t/c4kxEjEX0 so it’s not theme related.
My guess this comes from a plugin, I have checked your site for this and noticed these other link from your content http://screencast.com/t/8LU1q2SK6P the same may happen in case of home.
Disable some plugins and check to see if the issue is still present.
Also noticed that your menu http://screencast.com/t/qUGL7h9N02 would look much nice if you change it to white using this option http://screencast.com/t/05idrUiXobAv\
