Hello all,

i’ve experienced a very strage problem at my site and hope someone can help me. Searched the night though at google but coulnd find anything.

Following happens: When creating a new post the text sometimes just disappears from one to an other moment when publishing the site. Its not regularly and I dont know what to do. If i duplicate this post and then name it url-3 f.e. its there again for only couple of minutes or so and then disappers again.

The problem in general seems to be very common (text disapperaring) as read in some wordpress threads but it mostly hangs on some plugins. In my case I disabled all plugins to check this but it didnt solve the problem. I also tried the reupload the theme and tried to check the database for the text. The text is in the database but somehow is not displayed.

Here is an example:
Like it should be: http://hashtagsport.de/beta/tipico/ (This one is correct, the text is there)
This one without text should have the same layout as the above one: http://hashtagsport.de/beta/bet365-3/ (The text of this page is gone)

I hope anyone can help me!

thanks in advance!

I’ve only ever seen this happening with caching, or on a cheap hosted account where there are 10,000 sites on same server and php/MySQL times out on refresh (bad!).

Sometimes if you have a malformed shortcode, or other oddity that can also happen. I would probably suspect the /userpro/ stuff.

But if the text is there when you go to edit the page, try re-saving it, view the text in both plain text view and code view to see if anything odd such as inserted code that might be breaking.

If using cache, be sure to clear cache after any post goes live.

Not sure that helps, but what came to mind.

Thanks Christopher. Didnt find a real solution for it, yet. But found a workaround. If I rename the “titleform” and so the URLs of the posts its working again.
This is the field I change when editing the post: http://vvcap.net/db/lNvl9RwhyToMd0C2xtzh.htp

My assumption now that this has something to do with the permalinks as it seems to be dependant on the URL structure. I didnt find any duplicate URL-titles in the database so actually not any clue why it works when naming a site with a number at the end of the URL. Hope to resolve it soon.
