Although we have adjusted the font sizes to Default for Pull Quotes and Block Quotes via the Cloud Template for all posts AND via the Theme Panel for Post Content Font, the size of the font increases dramatically whenever viewed on a screen less than 12 inches wide. Sorry for Vlad indications, the code do not need to be set in that please since you are not using the mobile theme plugin. Please set the code in Theme panel> custom code> advance css > phones and the code will affect only the mobile devices and it will look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/LDcUaBJ.png
