Textblock in row equal height as widgetised sidebar

Hello,

How should I set the padding or margin or ?? from the row which contains the textblock so that the top of the text is at equal height as the widgetised sidebar?

As you can see the textblock in the middle is ‘lower’ than the sidebar.
