Same here, I noticed this too last week and wasn’t able to find any current instructions for setting up WP Super Cache.

Hi,

There were some changes to the WP Super Cache settings screen especially to the cache delivery method in the beginning of the Advanced settings, but the rest of the configuration will be the same
