The Company Name placeholder? problem?

Hi all.
After a new install i notice that emails that come in after a raised ticket only have a from name of “| CMS” thus the company name is missing.

The setup for company does have a name added.

on first looking it appears that we have….

{companyname} in the email templates admin section.

and

{company_name} in the company information admin section.

Question, is this an error?

should {companyname} be {company_name} in the email templates section?

Ahhh. ok..
I just realised theres 2 places that need an entry for “Company Name”
You need to fill out company name here…
Setup>>Settings>>General
Setup>>Settings>>Company Information

O my god, don’t laugh and my apologies, what can I say but if your a mod or admin you can delete this topic.

Here’s a prime example of not having to many tabs open in chrome and why us blokes shouldn’t try and do two things at once!!

This question is about a completely different script, Ignore it or delete it, maybe i am just tired lol
