After i updated to newspaper 9, when i try to edit my homepage with tagdiv composer it says that “The current content page hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer!”
“Errors at columns elements: 2(models) : 3(dom). The model does not match the content”
What should i do? Untill yesterday, everything was ok.
Hi,
So the issue is only happening in the homepage? Was the page built with the tagDiv composer entirely, or does it contain elements that were not added with it? Usually this error is caused by adding content in the page that is not part of the composer.
It could also be caused by plugins, you could make a quick test and deactivate them all, leave only theme plugins active. Check if this solves the problem.
If you made any modifications to the page templates or theme files directly or in a child theme, try to remove them temporarily and test again.
If nothing works, we could take a look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Maybe some of the modifications made in the theme since the version you previously had are now causing this problem. You could revert to a revision of the page before the extra content was added, then add it again if possible.
Or rebuild that page in a test page, add the same elements in it to see if the same happens after adding them fresh after the update.
Hello.
I have the same problem.
I made a new installation of WordPress by Softaculos on cPanel.
I tested with 4 options of Newspaper demos and when I try to edit the Home it always gives the error below.
Errors at columns elements: 2 (models): 3 (sun). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL + Z / CTRL + SHIFT + Z)
There is no module installed.
Currently using Default PRO.
