The Enable Filters on Mobile option does not work

There is no any filtr on the mobile view iven in prebuild demo
Option is “On” on the left panel
On other screens filtr is present

And i don’t see the filtr in mobile view!
You can see it in my screenshot that there is no filter!

I cannot give you access to wp admin. Owner doesn’t allow it.
Button for mobile is “on”
And there is no filtr in mobile screen 🙁

I wrote my teg slug instead of “category” in settings, but it don’t appear in the filter

May be i don’t understand how to set it in settings

Some my posts have tag “shorts_tag”, another – “shoes_tag”
I wrote them in settings of the flex filter
instead of “category” as in the examples in your answers to other clients
But the flex filter doesn’t show nothing
If i wrote “category” the flex filter shows categories
What did i do wrong?
