The Events Calendar: Filter Bar not working as it should be with the Newspaper

Hi there,

I am running Newspaper theme and also have Events Calendar Pro and The Events Calendar: Filter Bar plugins installed. However, I am running into an issue with the The Events Calendar: Filter Bar plugin as supposed dropdowns are not showing on the blue highligted box (attached screenshot for your reference):

When I disabled tagDiv Cloud Library plugin, it somehow loads the events dropdown filters (see attached screenshot), but the site breaks.

Hence I emailed the support team at The Events Calendar and now they told me to check with Newspaper support team and asked me to highlight the attached “code” screenshot for your reference below:

So my question to your team, is there a workaround that the Newspaper theme can play nicely with the The Events Calendar: Filter Bar plugin? Let me know.

Hello @yeeloon!

Unfortunately, we have not tested “the event calendar” plugin, so we can’t say if it will work or not. You will have to test and see. Also please note that we don’t offer support for untested plugins.
A shortcode can be inserted by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. For example, in the step3 here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-cryptocurrency-price-ticker-widget/
