Many thanks for your reply. It is good to modify my page. I use letter to show the short title and context. And I can arrange the length of them by tagDIV. But for LATEST ARTICLES and Latest article, do you know how to arrange the length of title? Thank you.

I pressume you mean the part wich includes the latest articles section. That one comes from the page building so you will have to edit the page in order to have that removed so you can edit it using the composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/uzXRgXTiHlH
That also can be translated by going into Theme Panel – Translations.
