We cannot open our homepage with the “WP editor” or the plugin Thrive Architect which we have installed—it just keeps loading. To be more specific, here is what we see when we click on “Edit with TA”: https://share.getcloudapp.com/Jru7e9pw

Could you please let us know what’s wrong and how do we fix this?

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also please note that we recommed using only TagDiv Composer page builder.
