The license was revoked after an emergency change of the IP address.

Hello
After a DDoS attack where my provider was manipulating IP addresses, we discovered something was wrong with the license.
On the System Status page, a screenshot shows the license is OK.

But on the My License page, the associated keys are missing and can’t be added. However, the registration entry is there and it’s green.

And now the website displays a red warning.

Please advise what to do. Thank you.

Hi,

On our side it looks fine, the key is assigned correctly to the respective website. Despite the theme being registered however, if the key verification fails then it means there is a problem.

When you access the license panel the theme tries to connect to our server and verify the key, then return the key status and the associated websites and display them in that panel. If that verification fails, then it will display the error you are seeing. It could mean that something is blocking the theme or external connections in general, maybe a security setting or a firewall.

Maybe the security changed made during or after the attack are also blocking the theme. Are there maybe any logs to see what is being blocked? Or could they be deactivated temporarily to see if the theme is working?

Thank you!

As far as I can see, the theme’s functionality is intact, so we’ll wait and see how things develop.
Thank you for your reply.
