Hello 3gca,

First of all, try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link of this topic so we can easily identify you.

Dear Support,

According to you i have checked all the plugins there is no issue with plugins and i have also send the WP-Admin access on an email at contact@tagdiv.com.

kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible

According to you we have updated the theme to the latest version 3.2 but the background image link still not working.

kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Theme has been updated to the latest version. And still background Image Ad Link is not working for my website.
