when I click the ‘load more’ button on blocks it just goes to the top of the page instead of loading more posts. Is there a setting I need to change? Thanks

Please provide the link to your website.
I think that you have a plugin conflict there. Have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; also, if you use a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again.
