When you click on hamburger menu, it is floating
Also, url changed to https://nclegal.rs/#
Can you help me to solve this problem?
(solution off/on plugins doesn’t work)

That is happening on your website because it does not load fast enough. As you can see here you have this image that is blocked: https://www.screencast.com/t/hc1ycjDesRU Please find that image and remove or re-add it and everything should work a lot faster.
