The number of post that display in menu category

Hi,
I add a category in the main menu and i want to know how to set the number of post that display in this category. i want to let one post displayed under A special category one page.
Could you please help me?

I don;t understand your question, please can you be more specific, show me in a screenshot or something.

Where do you want to show only a post? in mega menu or where?
