We have a website with a lot of posts and now we have an issue with one of the posts. The page content is not showing in the text editor(Gutenberg editor) but it showing in the frontend. When we preview the post it shows no content in the frontend same as in the backend, but viewing the same post, it shows the content only on the frontend, couldn’t see anything in the backend.

How it is happening? What causing the issue? Is there any solution for the same?

We usually use the block editor for adding content(most of the other posts show content in the backend also). This post was published 4 days ago. We didn’t face such an issue before. Today we found this issue while we are checking some posts. We don’t know how it shows the content in the frontend without having any content in the backend. Do you have any experience in facing such an issue? Please help us to solve this issue ASAP.

The content was added in Gutenberg and not in the TagDiv Composer with the help of the “column text” or “text with title” elements, right?
Check if you do not have the Classic plugin installed.
Deactivate ALL plugins except tagdiv ones; also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.

The content is added like normal. Just copy and paste the content on the block editor. Thats it. We don’t use any extra fields or composers to add the content.

We normally add the content to the block editor itself and it shows in the front end. But for the mentioned post the content is showing on the front end but not showing on the block editor. You can check the screenshots that I shared before.

Can we do it ourselves?
The website is live and it has a lot of traffic. So if anything happens to the website like going down will affect our traffic, business, and revenue. Otherwise, you need to guarantee us that the website will not go down and won’t have any issues while checking and after that.
So is it possible to do it by ourselves? Please give the instruction so we can do the same.
