The page up button (td-icon-menu-up) is not available on the mobile

Problem after upgrading to Newspaper 11 from 10. The page up button (td-icon-menu-up) works fine on the desktop, but is not available on the mobile version. How can this be fixed? Help please!
The problem affects absolutely all pages and templates. If I downgrade to Newspaper 10, the button appears immediately.

It’s so simple that I felt ashamed 🙂
In my defense, I will say that the settings for the 10th version did not have this switch. Thanks for your support and the best WordPress theme.
