I get this: “The plugin does not have a valid header.” when trying to install mobile theme OR social counter plugins.
any ideas what’s causing this and how to fix?

Please deactivate all plugins except visual composer and then activate the mobile theme first, before all your other plugins as there is an activation conflict. It needs to tie into the wp code first, before the other plugins. (this is not always the case but it worked in most cases)
(The bump has the opposite effect on our forums. S we answer from oldest to newest so it will make your topic ‘newer’ again so older ones get their answer before yours.)

sorry but that doesn’t make any difference. all plugins deactivated except visual builder and still getting: The “plugin does not have a valid header.”
Can I install it via normal “upload plugin”
my site is currently on staging server, might that be the issue? if so, any way around it?
