I guess that you are referring to the video icon as I did not found any arrows(only next/prev pagination) – http://screencast.com/t/fA4yoO590 this icon was designed to appear like that on Big Grid 5. If you want to display it like this on all modules you can try this custom css in Theme Panel > Custom Css – http://screencast.com/t/vr8L7dqRO7Cb

Do you have any custom css for newsticker next/prev buttons? As I have checked this an did not found any issues with it, you also can see on our demo. If you don’t have any customizations please disable all your plugins, leave just Visual Composer active, clear cache and see if you still have this issue. Also remove any js/css minification.
