The problem with the Facebook social counter is "0"

Hi all!
The problem with the Facebook social counter. Displays “0”.
I do not see the Identifier and the Secret in the field settings.

Hi,

There is no other data required anymore, only the ID. Please check the theme change log before making an update

Now you only need to enter the ID. If it’s not working for you, try testing with a different ID, try coca-cola for example

Then use your own again. Also clear the cache. Let us know the results.

Thanks for the quick response!
I tried other Fasebook ID (Coca-Cola and others), reloaded the page with cleaning the cache, I do not use plugins for caching. Tried other browsers – the result – “0”.
What else i can you try?

Check the social counter version in the plugins section, should be 4.4. If the plugin is that version and it is still not working, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login access. We will take a look.
Also include a link to this topic in the email.

The version of the social meter plug-in is 4.4. Admin access was made and sent to the specified address.
