I thought it was a problem with my site but I also checked it on the main page of your templates. Unfortunately (and it is needed with some urgency) your search field cannot find any author present on the site.

Our theme search is based on WordPress search and this is also not searching for authors and only for posts and pages, maybe you can find a plugin that can do this, for example here is offered a solution -> https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/34437/how-can-i-include-author-their-archive-page-in-search-results

Thanks for your reply but I find it incredible that you haven’t implemented this feature yet. What you suggest to me is the “Relevanssi” plugin. But if there is a plugin why don’t you implement this feature in your updates?

Most of the time if something can be done with an existent plugin and this is working with our theme, then our developers will move on to an option that can not be added with a plugin or those are not compatible.
