The site icon/favicon not shoing properly in Google Search results

Hi, the favicon in Google search is not showing correctly how to rectify?
It is showing all blurred and seems has picked up the site logo, not the favicon.

We thought it was a Yoast issue, but they came back to us and said it was the theme issue. Hence here we are.
