After updating to new newspaper theme 9.7.2 and other plugins, my site showing “The site is experiencing technical difficulties”. Please check this screenshot. Also, a popup appears saying I need to active my WPBakery Page Builder.

It is mandatory to delete all what was left from the older version before intalling this update. Overwriting the files would cause a lot of problems. If you are certain that you have installed the updates correctly by deleting all of the older versions and made a clean install from scratch please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. I first deleted all old themes then try to install the new one. But the same problem shows up.
What php version are you running? I saw that when i attempted to upgrade my php to 7.3(I was running 5.6).
I downgraded to 7.2 and the problem suddenly dissappeared.
