Hello!
You have no icon there. If you have a logo text, then in the Style tab, there are some settings to control the font size: https://app.screencast.com/H4PIBkj2bDBRV
If you have a logo image, then you can control the image width: https://app.screencast.com/wrpOlAmda8EQF
