Hi
Anyone else getting the above message with the Cloud Templates.
I note from searching the forum that this was a recurring issue.
Does anyone know if it ever got resolved?
I have looked at some more messages and I can see that there was a temporary problem a few weeks back with the cloud library server so hopefully, it will resolve itself soon…

got the same problem too with a fresh install of Newspaper theme 😉

There was indeed an issue with the cloud server, we will try to optimize it so that such issues don’t happen anymore. Please try again now, it should work properly. Sorry for the inconvenience.
