Hello, the TM was deactivated and the entire Home was deconfigured. When we put the code back in, it is activated, but when we import a configuration that we have saved, it is deactivated again.

Unfortunately, I’m not entirely sure I understand the issue, but I believe you’re referring to a problem with the theme plugins being disabled. In most cases like this, the plugins just need to be re-enabled or reinstalled via Newspack > Plugins.
It sounds like you may have also used a theme panel backup—possibly from a different version of the theme panel. If that’s the case, it could have caused some temporary inconsistencies.
I’ve just checked the website, and everything looks fine now.
