Newsmag is the first theme and only theme that i use for this website, the posts that the screen shows all create and published after I installed Newsmag, so still i have to regenerate the thumbnails? thank you very much for your reply.

From this screen i can see that your images are smaller then the thumbs where must be displayed: http://screencast.com/t/mWAHIELmf5CC WordPress won’t enlarge images, only crops them so make sure that the image it’ at least by thumb size.
If this is not what you mean please provide more details about you issue and also your site url.

You can try adding the free “thumbnail upscale” plugin which will allow your smaller images to be enlarged to fit the theme sizes 🙂 You may need to run regenerate thumbnails plugin after you add the upscale one to fix existing images —

Post style 6 use a full width image as featured image. For best graphic results you could use a full hd image (1920x1080px), make sure you compress it, you don’t want a large file, it will slow page loading speed.

I’ve checked both of your pages and noticed that the theme use the full image in thumbs, not actually the thumb cropped at the specific value: http://screencast.com/t/Ye6GO99Grd In this situation the image it’s scaled down by css and because of aspect ration it’s not displayed fine.
Try to regenerate your thumbs: https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/ clear all caches and test again. Like this thumbs should be regenerated for all images and also should be displayed fine in blocks.

Thanks for the comments, I have tried this tool to regenerate the images and clear all caches.
after that, all the old images are getting in correct size finally, but.. the bad news is all the new add images still not cropped into correct thumbs size, i can regenerate it manually for the new images ever time after a new post published . that’s painful works for me,, how can i fix this? thank you so much.

P.S Newsmag version is the latest one V.2.3.5
