You could ask your hosting provider to make the changes for you if needed. Then check if the issue is till happening. Usually it is caused by insufficient resources.

Hi,

Please try as a test to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, and clear any caching installed. Then try the composer again, see if it works properly.
The system status looks right, but there are errors in the console. This way we can identify if a plugin is the cause. Let us know the results.
