The toolbar to run Remove Generated CSS is not displayed

I used “Run CSS Analyzer” and it selected all the CSS (even the ones I think it shouldn’t).
Reloading the page no longer shows the toolbar, therefore “Remove Generated CSS” can no longer be executed.
