2. Are you aware that owner of more than one licence cannot use same email.

1. Yes, it is a problem with Page Settings option. Please install the Classic Editor to be able to see the settings.

1. Yes, the option is available after installing Classic Editor plugin. I don’t using Blocks its a very bad part of WordPress but there is an option too use Classic editor albeit with limited options.
2. I meant that owner of two licences cannot register for your forum with same email address.

Update about Classic Editor. If CEditor is used post cannot be linked to relevant category, can be linked only to static page. The only option is Dashboard > Plugin > Classic Editor settings > select default category.

I’m not sure what you mean. Please provide more information about what you need to achieve. You can disable the plugin after you activate that option.
