I have been trying to download this theme for 2 months and cannot figure it out. I finally found a version of the zip file Newspaper-tf, took out the Newspaper.zip. Trying to upload it as a theme and get this message
The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.
How do I get a return? I can’t figure out how to get this theme onto wordpress and I want to speak with someone one on one. There is WAY too much information on these forums and I am tired of going around in circles not getting anywhere.

Here is talking about a problem with your system status parameters which most likely are not right increased. Please read our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/ and try to increase them according to this guide.
