Hi,
As I can see the style is not apply on your website -> https://i.imgur.com/8Zttp5P.png most of the cases this problem were from untested plugins, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
