We created a subdomain because Polylang support asked us to reproduce the installation problem using the same theme I normally use. Can I deploy the theme even though it’s on the main domain? If not, how do I resolve this issue?

Hi,
Yes, you can.
Normally, a license key is for 1 website, please check the ThemeForest license specifications here – https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular -> https://prnt.sc/X0AldIM7e7ni
We allow the key to be used on 2 websites at the same time because we consider that most website owners require a testing website besides the live website, and the theme must be activated there as well.

Thank you very much, but I don’t think it will be necessary. My server’s support team has recommended cloning the website; that way they can work on a test site that’s exactly the same as the official one.
