Right now I use the theme for this domain ( healthills.com ) If I want to use it for ( fr.healthills.com ) I have to buy another license, right?
Yes, for English website is one use of theme and if you do (fr.healthills.com) then that is another and that is not a test site. So that means to purchase another license of the theme to use on the second one and so forth. So if you wanted 5 live sites of this theme, that is 5 different licenses to use. Unlimited test sites is a site that is not live or on the web getting visitors.
If you move from one host to another, then you can use the same theme without buying again. If you want to change domains from one to another it is possible to use the same theme but you can’t use the theme on two different domains with the same one license of the theme. Hope that is understandable.

We offer support for each user which have a valid license. You can use the same license if you want to build a sub-domain which will display the same content as the main domain, translated in a different language. Basically if you’re using a different sub-domain to display a different version of the same site, translated in a different language for example, it’s considered as being part same project.
