Guys,
When updating the theme from 8.1 to 8.1.1 and the js_composer from 5.2 to 5.4.2 I have problems. It begins showing tags/code as if the plugin were de-activated. I’ve tried re-installing. I’ve tried activating/de-activating. I finally had to just roll everything back to the old versions and it is all working again. I should’ve taken screen shots, but I had to get the site back up right away.
I’m hoping that the developers can point me in the right direction as to how to proceed and things that I might need to check.

What kind of issues do you have with this theme’s version and plugin? Show us the problem through some useful screenshots. If you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them and leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files.

Here is a screen shot. This is what happens. As i said, it appears that the plugin is active but acting like it is deactivated. Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the issue in my identical staging area–only in production–so I’m having a hard time tracking down the issue.

First of all, you should disable all of your untested plugins, clear all the caches and check if the problem is still there.
