Hello
1. Can top part the one with 4 columns and image from https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_week_pro/ be used for Downtown.
Downtown look very nice but huge minus is that top (the one below the menu on home page) have 3 columns, I tried to change to 4 but than all start moving in unwanted directions.

Please set the ROW layout as you can see it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/aGEc6JZxIr ; After that ADD inner row into the row and edit the Inner Rows Layout as you can see here:https://www.screencast.com/t/qL7M3pmPKjj
