I’m using the gadget demo and I changed the theme accent color from orange to a blue. All accents were changed, but not on the category titles, they remained orange.

Unfortunately, that color was not affected by the General Accent Color from Theme panel, sorry! If you want to change this color, you should edit each block and make this change from there -> https://www.screencast.com/t/no2KjFFyqtf
