Theme activation after Jun 23, 2017. 1 license = 1 site?

What happens with activation system? I recieve messege in admin panel with notice need to activate my theme, but i alredy activated this by purchase key. Now 1 license = 1 site? If I use it on some personal sites (and not on client sites), do I need to buy a standard license for each site?

Hi,

There were some changed made to the theme activation system in the latest theme version. If you updated the theme recently you may need to activate it again. Please let us know if you have a different problem, or cannot activate the theme properly.

I am working on my local computer with Xampp running. If I activate the theme on xampp, will the activation still be valid when its uploaded to a server?

@Kugan It may require you to activate it again, but this should not be a problem. Please let us know if you encounter any difficulties or any issues.
