Theme activation code issues

Hi,

I have sent e-mails requesting a new activation code for my purchased theme for the last 2 months and no one has replied. Could someone from the support help me here?

You can download the activation code in your ThemeForest account under downloads; click the download green button and notice the item “License Certificate and Purchase Code” …

This is likely why you didn’t get reply from Envato; the info is already in your account.

If your code “does not work” and you need replacement, you might need to email tagdiv directly.

Do you get any errors when you activate the theme?
Emil replied in 2 September on email, maybe you did not get the answer – http://screencast.com/t/ETNP1ijFXgcT You will have to address to envato for this – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Hey Chris,

Thanks for the advice. It’s the activation code in the pdf file does not work. That’s what I meant 😛

I guess I will have to ask Envato to address this issue as I get the error when I am trying to activate the theme with the provided code.
