I have updated the theme after that its not getting activated, and when i browsing the home page on Mobile, its showing latest post instead of Home page.

Also, please make sure you have set the page on A Static page, and assign a homepage (you need to have a homepage/page that you have created before) from Settings -> Reading => https://i.imgur.com/mwjp18K.png

I have checked all basic setting.
to give you complete picture, three days back on mobile this site was giving SSL and Chiper issue so i have disabled the Cloudflare Control from Hotinger Cpanel then mobile site start working but only showing latest post on HOME Page.

Seems you have the mobile theme plugin activated please deactivate it, clear all cache and check after the mobile version, if you don’t want to use the mobile theme plugin.
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.
