I am having issue with theme activation. Every time, I have been asked to activate my website theme, What is the issue exactly? And upon the input of the activation code, it disrupts the website settings and taking me back to start the settings and organization. I am tired of this thing.

The Theme activation should be display only on website where the theme was not activated. After the theme is activated that message should not longer appear.
IF you theme panel settings are rested, then this is why is asking you to activate the theme, because the theme activation is saved in the theme panel. When this is happen you can use a theme panel backup – https://i.imgur.com/sfYwxzF.png
Also, it is recommended to see what is interfering with the theme and is resetting the theme panel settings. This can be seen in error log.
